THE MAGNETIC PERSONALITY LINE

This is the Magnetic Personality Line. This is also developed by the Assistant to the Mission President, Elder Melvin Noche.

This line represents the expected relationship between I2L and NI. The causal relationship should naturally be positive. Any under or over in the position of an area vis-a-vis the Magnetic Personality Line warrants further inspection as to the BRT skills of the missionaries.
